Job Description

We are looking for content writers to articulate the technical and business content on our helpdesk platform. You will be responsible for managing the communication to our customers to have a great experience in signup up, instantly set up the account and actively use the features of the helpdesk platform.

Responsibilities

  • Working with our development team on understanding the workflows and features of the ticketing system lifecycle.
  • Effectively articulate, evangelize your ideas for a variety of audiences from different backgrounds for digital content.
  • Translate the technical complexity into simple documents for the customers to understand better.
  • Standardise the content based on SEO.
  • Develop and build Help Center, blogs, social channels, and other forms of digital content and messages for the helpdesk platform.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of social media marketing, internet technology, online search, online community management or related fields.
  • Experience in presentations and executive communication.
